What are digital tickets?
Customers who selected "digital tickets" as the method of delivery when placing their order can use their
smartphone for entry.
Can I transfer a ticket if it is already in my Google or Apple mobile wallet?
If you have already downloaded your digital ticket to your Apple wallet or Google pay app on your mobile
device, it will become invalidated as soon as it is transferred and accepted by the recipient. In this
scenario, the accepted transferred ticket is the only valid ticket.
Who can use mobile entry?
Mobile ticket entry use if for customers who select "digital tickets" as the delivery
method
during the purchase check out process.
What are the benefits of mobile entry?
Mobile ticketing is the safest, flexible and most convenient way to manage your tickets.
Mobile tickets provide:
· Quick and easy entry to the venue using your smartphone.
· The ability to manage and transfer your tickets at any time.
· Reduced risk of lost, stolen, counterfeit or forgotten tickets.
I did not receive the email for the mobile tickets I ordered. What do I do?
It takes approximately 30 minutes for the link to arrive at the provided email address.
Please
check your spam or junk folder if the email cannot be located in your inbox. If the email
address was submitted incorrectly, you will not receive the email to access your mobile
tickets.
You can login to your online account to verify the provided email address.
I can’t view my mobile tickets. What do I do?
Please check your web browser. If you do not have cookies enabled or your web browser
version
is outdated, this could affect your ability to view your mobile tickets. You can also try a
different web browser. Nearly all issues related to this can be resolved by updating your
browser.
Can I have multiple tickets on a single phone?
Yes! Once you select your event, you will be able to swipe left and right through your
available tickets.
How far in advance can I access my digital tickets?
Access to your digital tickets will be delivered via email within 10 days of the scheduled
event date.
Can I upgrade my mobile tickets?
Only the Hy-Vee INDYCAR Race Weekend customer of record may upgrade their mobile tickets at
the
Ticket Office, prior to entering the facility. If you have transferred your tickets or
already
entered the facility, we are unable to upgrade your tickets.
Can I print my parking pass?
Mobile parking passes cannot be printed.
I selected mobile tickets as my delivery method, but now I want the
souvenir
ticket. How do I get one?
We are not able to exchange a mobile ticket for a souvenir ticket.
Can I still print my mobile tickets from home?
Mobile tickets protect the integrity of your ticket and prevent fraud and counterfeit
problems,
therefore mobile tickets cannot be printed.
Can I show you my ticket on my smartphone?
Yes, mobile tickets can be scanned via your smartphone.
I ordered tickets, but I cannot locate my mobile tickets or email. What
should
I do?
If you purchased the tickets using guest checkout, you must login with the temporary
account
information provided in your email order confirmation. After your transaction, you will
receive
two emails, including a temporary username and password. Please use that information to
access
your mobile tickets.
What if I need assistance accessing and using my mobile tickets leading up
to
and on race/event day?
Please contact the Hy-Vee INDYCAR Race Weekend Ticket Office Monday through Friday from 9
a.m.
- 5 p.m. Eastern Time (office hours extended during events) at 641-417-6007, or you can
email
the ticket office at tickets@hyveeindycarweekend.com
for assistance. On event dates (July 22-24, 2022) You may also visit the Hy-Vee INDYCAR Race
Weekend Ticket Office located in the Administration Building at 3333 Rusty Wallace Drive,
Newton, Iowa 50208. Guests will be required to present a valid ID matching the name on the
account.
What is the cost for managing mobile tickets online?
Managing mobile tickets online is free. There are no costs to view or transfer your mobile
tickets.
