Purchasing Tickets to the Hy-Vee INDYCAR Race Weekend

There are three methods to purchasing tickets:

  • The Hy-Vee INDYCAR Race Weekend Website. Order Tickets Now
  • In person at the Hy-Vee INDYCAR Race Weekend Ticket Office during normal business hours (Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (ET)) or during extended event hours.
  • By telephone at 641-417-6007.

The Ticket Office accepts checks, money orders, cash and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express). Checks or money orders are only accepted up to 14 business days from the purchased event.

Payment must be made in full at the time of the order. All ticket sales are final – no refunds.

The Hy-Vee INDYCAR Race Weekend Ticket Office reminds fans that purchasing tickets from secondary, unauthorized vendors may result in fraudulent purchases. Fans are encouraged to purchase tickets directly from the Hy-Vee INDYCAR Race Weekend Ticket Office.

Guests with Accessible Needs:

Arrangements can be made through the Ticket Office to accommodate guests who require accessible seating and parking. Accessible seats and spaces for wheelchairs and companion seats are available.

Ticket Office Policies


Any person, regardless of age, must have a reserved seat ticket for admittance to seating areas.

Children 15 and Under

All children, regardless of age, MUST hold a reserved seat ticket to access the grandstands on Sat-Sun, July 22-23, where applicable. 

Upgrade Delivery Option

Premium Shipping is available for orders in the United States as an option for $25 USD per order, in addition to the $9 USD per order ($7 USD during renewals) processing fee for customers who wish to have tracking for their orders. Tracking information will be provided via email once the tickets have shipped from the Ticket Office.

Ticket Reprinting and Product Replacement Fee

Remember that event tickets/products should be treated like cash. If your tickets/products are lost or left at home, Ticket Office will reissue replacements for a $5-per-item replacement fee once the original order has been confirmed.* Tickets/products can only be deemed lost by the person who is listed on the account as the original purchaser with a valid ID. Original tickets/products will be voided and cancelled.

*There is no guarantee that replacements will be granted. The Ticket Office reserves the right to refuse the replacement and reprinting of lost tickets/products at their discretion.

Account Credit Policy

All tickets and other products purchased from the Ticket Office are final sales, made on a no-refund, no-exchange basis. There may, however, be circumstances when a credit (hereinafter a “Credit”) will be issued to the holder of a Ticket Account. The circumstances under which a Credit may be issued, and the amount of each such Credit, will be determined by the Ticket Office in its sole discretion. A Credit may be used only to purchase tickets or other products from the Ticket Office. Credits are not transferable to other Ticket Accounts or otherwise. All Credits expire three (3) years from the date the Credit is issued.

Ticket/Product Cancellation Policy

Ticket Office has sole discretion to cancel any ticket/product order submitted without full payment or valid credit card information.

Handling and Service Fees

Products purchased for the Hy-Vee INDYCAR Race Weekend are subject to a per order handling fee and a per product service fee. Product renewals are only subject to a per order handling fee. The amount of these fees varies depending on the event and other factors. All products are subject to any applicable federal, state and local sales taxes.

Ticket/Product Orders Outside of the United States

Ticket orders outside of the United States must select one of the following delivery options:

Option 1: Premium Shipping

Premium shipping is available for additional $60 USD per order, in addition to the $9 USD per order ($7 USD during renewals) processing fee. With Premium Shipping, you will be provided a tracking number via email to follow each step of the delivery process. The $60 USD payment may be charged to your account by calling the Ticket Office at 641-417-6007, Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (ET). The ticket office representative will update the delivery status to premium shipping and charge your credit card on file. We cannot deliver via premium shipping to a P.O. Box; you must provide a physical address for delivery.

Option 2: Hold for Pick Up

Call the Ticket Office at 641-417-6007, Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (ET), and our representative will update the delivery status to hold for pick up. Your ticket packet will be available at the Ticket Office for pick-up upon your arrival. Once your order has been processed, notification for pickup will be sent to your email address. A valid photo ID is required to pick up your packet. We recommend that you also bring a copy of your notification email as well. The Ticket Office is located in the Administration Building at 3333 Rusty Wallace Drive Newton, IA 50208. For your convenience, the Ticket Office is open extended hours during event times as noted in the Hours of Operation.
